At Bahru, we want you to all in love with your new bag instantly - but we are realists too - if for any reason you don't fall in love with your bag, that's ok.
RETURNS POLICY
We happily accept returns on any full priced item within 30 days of receiving your item(s), as long as the item is in original & unused condition, including the dust bag & tags. Please email hello@bahru.com.au for return instructions.
Please note: the cost of returning your bag / item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return costs.
Refunds are processed within 48hrs of approval. All refunds should appear in you account / credit card within 5-10 business days of being processed. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges on all full priced item(s) within 30 days of receiving your item(s) as long as the item is in original & unused condition (including the dust bag).
To exchange, please email hello@bahru.com.au with your full name and order number, and the reason for the exchange. Please list the alternate item(s) you would like instead.
Please note: the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Note: we do not offer exchanges on sale products
Please ensure to email through the tracking number once posted to hello@bahru.com.au We will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 3-5 days.
FAULTS POLICY
If there is a fault with your bag please contact us at hello@bahru.com.au and we will provide you with a return code.
In the first instance we will repair your item, if this is not possible we will replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer you a refund at the same value as your original purchase. Bahru will cover the cost of posting the repaired or replaced item.
