Orders
We endevour to process and ship all our orders within 1-3 business days. However, please allow for additional processing time during busy periods.
Please email hello@bahru.com.au as soon as possible with subject "CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER"
Please quote your order number and any changes required. We will endeavour to make the amendments prior to your order being dispatched.
For any delivery or shipping issues, please contact us immedialtey at hello@bahru.com.au with your order number so we can look into it for you.
If your order arrives with any damage, plese contact us immediately on hello@bahru.com.au. so that we can investigate the circumstances and make return arrangements. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post standard delivery and add a signature on delivery for security.
Within Australia - flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $200.00.
FREE Shipping - on orders over $200 - exclusions apply.
Large Parcel Flat Rate: - applicable to larger items that require custom packaging including, but not limited to - Sorrento Weekender.
Express Shipping within Australia is $14.95.
All orders will be despatched within 2 business days of your order. Delivery is estimated between 3 and 14 business days, depending on your location. As a business based in the country, shipping times may take a day or two longer than stated.
We love our international customers!
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $29.50.
Estimated delivery time is between 10 and 21 business days, excluding any recipient country requirements.
The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes on receiving the parcel. These vary by country so please check the rules for your country.
At Bahru, we want you to all in love with your new bag instantly - but we are realists too - if for any reason you don't fall in love with your bag, that's ok.
We happily accept returns on any full priced item within 30 days of receiving your item(s), as long as the item is in original & unused condition, including the dust bag & tags. Please email hello@bahru.com.au for return instructions.
Please note: the cost of returning your bag / item is the resposibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return costs.
Refunds are processed within 48hrs of approval. All refunds should appear in you account / credit card within 5-10 business days of beign processed. Funs will be returned to the original form of payment.
FAULTS
If there is a fault with your bag please contact us at hello@bahru.com.au and we will provide you with a return code.
In the first instance we will repair your item, if this is not possible we will replace the item. If we cannot repair or replace the item we will offer you a refund at the same value as your original purchase. Bahru will cover the cost of posting the repaired or replaced item.
As part of our Love it Guarantee, we offer exchanges on all full priced item(s) within 30 days of receiving your item(s) as long as the item is in original & unused condition, including dust bag & tags.
To exchange, please email hello@bahru.com.au with your full name and order number, and the reason for the exchange. Please list the alternate item(s) you would like instead.
Please note:
- We do not offer exchanges on sale products.
- The cost of returning the bag / item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure to email through the tracking number once posted to hello@bahru.com.au We will send the exchanged item back to you within 3-5 days.
Products
As a product of nature, leather inherently features minor variations and unique marks in its grain and finish. These distinctive qualities, resulting from the tanning process, imbue each piece with its own character and uniqueness. We kindly ask for your understanding that these are not considered defects, and therefore, purchases will not be eligible for refunds based on these natural variations.
Please note, there may also be slight differences in color between different batches of products, as well as between individual items. While we strive to accurately represent the colors of our products on our website, the actual hues you see can vary depending on your monitor. We cannot ensure that your screen's display of any color will perfectly match the actual product color.
Yes! While with the proper love & care you new bag should last you a long time, we undertand things can happen, especially to your bag's strap. While we only hold a small amount of replacement straps in stock, we are more than happy to commission a replacement in our next order.

Congratulation's - your Bahru bag has been designed to journey with you through evey adventure and, with a little love & care, will last you a lifetime.
Regularly condition the leather to keep it supple, and protect it from extreme tempretures and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth for regular dusting and follow your product choice instructions. We recommend testing your chosen product on the inside Bahru logo. For deeper cleans or stains, use a specialised leather care professional.
When not in use, keep you bag folded neatly and stored inside the included calico bag.
